yesterday, i got to go to the one direction concert in nashville, and i must say, those boys know how to put on a show. it was an experience of a lifetime, and i hope they come back, because i would love to see them again! i didn't freak out a lot.....okay yes i did. it was so worth the wait. their opening act, 5 seconds of summer did amazing as well! i loved them. they all seemed to like it here, which is good to know, so hopefully they will be back soon! :) anyways, i put together a video montage of pictures and a couple videos from last night. the pictures aren't great, and the videos are shaky. i couldn't stay still. it was so fun and i am so glad i had the chance to go!
I sit here.
Ashamed.
Because I keep promising you guys that I am gonna make more blog posts then something always happens and I just can't. I really do have an excuse this time though. One word. School. When I posted my last blog post, I didn't realize how close finals were. Finals stress me out to the max. But I'm in a new semester, and HOPEFULLY it's gonna be easier. I can't promise it. And I got a new camera for Christmas (yay!) so I will be able to take good pictures now. If you weren't aware, I dropped my camera in a river last summer and it broke, so I haven't been able to take pictures except with my iPod. And we all know that iPods don't have the greatest quality on the camera. And then my computer broke. Then it was fixed. And now it's broken again. So I'm using my mom's. It's a very rare occasion that she lets me use her computer. SO. That's a little update on me. OH I got my braces off! YAY. Okay so I'm gonna go ahead and do a "Jam(s) of the Week" while I can. I have multiple songs today because I have recently found a bunch of good music, and it is only right for me to share it with you! It will be below. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Jam(s) of the Week"
This song is rather old, but I love love it. It's called "A Drop in the Ocean" by Ron Pope. It's just so sweet and amazing.
I'm sure you've heard this song before. This is "Too Close" by Alex Clare. AHHH. I love this song. It's kind of dubstep-y. I like dubstep.
I love this song! This is "Got Me Good" by Cody Simpson. This song is great.
I know, I know. One Direction. This song is amazing though. This is called "Over Again" it's so pretty. you should listen to it.
This song is called "Magic" also by One Direction. This song is so upbeat and awesome.
Lastly, this is by a band called Anthem Lights. Lynn introduced me to them, and I have recently been kind of obsessed with them. When they posted this I freaked. This is a mashup of some of the most popular songs from 2012 and its amazing. So you should listen to it.
So that is all I have for you! Thank you so much for understanding why I was gone. I hope to make a lot more blog posts in the new year and hope to improve this blog! HAPPY NEW YEAR AND MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Okay, I promise you this is going to be my last One Direction post this week. I promise! :) My jam of the week isn't gonna be One Direction. Again, I promise. But these are just some funny video clips of them that people put together and made a montage of. :) Hope you enjoy & laugh a lot! Oh and Liam can beatbox. Just listen for him in the first video. He's cool.
Hahahahhahahahaha. Their dance moves are awesome.
Okay, Liam does Kermit the Frog impression and Scooby Doo. It's awesome!
Ahahahahahahahahahah.
One Thing Behind the scenes. (: I love big red bus!
This week, my favorite song is "Forever Young," by none other than One Direction. :) I love love love this song. I know it's not originally their song, but they do an amazing job at re-doing it! I hope you like this song! Let me know if there is any songs you want me to check out! :)
So as you may have guessed, this is about One Direction. The Infection has hit me hard. This video is from when they were on X-FACTOR. Their vocal coach sang the song. It's super funny. I mean like hilarious. They all look a little different, considering this was from 2010, but that's okay. :) I thought you might have a good laugh when you watch it. :) My next post won't be all about One Direction, I promise. :) Have a great day!
Hi.
It's Kaitlyn.
As you can probably tell from my recent posts, I have a slight obsession with One Direction. It's not a bad thing though. I don't see how it can possibly be a bad thing. If you have never heard of One Direction, they were all on X-FACTOR in England in 2010. They didn't know each other and all got cut the same day, but brought back and were put in a group by Simon Cowell. And Simon did an amazing job at making the group. Because they are amazing. One of them is Irish though, Niall, which is the blonde one. I am going to post my 3 favorite music videos by them in this post because I feel like it. :)
This is "What Makes You Beautiful." The first person that sings is Liam, the second is Harry, then they all sing, then Zayn in the next verse. :) I LOVVVVEEEEE this song.
This is "One Thing." My favorite song. The first person that sings is Liam, then Harry, then Zayn. In the second verse it's Niall, and then Louis. Niall is the Irish one.
This is "One Thing," but ACOUSTIC. It is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I love this. It's constantly on replay in my room all of the time. They are awesome at harmonizing. If you didn't notice. All of the singing is in the order it was from the music video. :)
Okay, now some of their video diaries, I promise you, you will laugh your head off. Louis is probably the funniest guy ever.
Video Diary #1
Video Diary #2
Video Diary #3. Funniest. One. Ever.
Video Diary #4. Seriously. I cry when I watch this because it's so funny.
Okay, NOW FOR THE PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Liam.
Louis.
Harry.
Niall. The Irish one. :)
Zayn.
All of them.
Do you have the One Direction Infection yet? I hope so. :) Lynn is probably mad at me for posting this, but I mean, I couldn't help it... :)
I made this a while ago, but I added the One Direction Song in just because I thought it fit well. Lynn is probably gonna be mad, but oh well. :) Hope you guys like it! Just remember you are beautiful no matter what!
There will be a longer video next time....I think/hope. :)
ONE DISCLAIMER: The One Direction song, (what makes you beautiful) is my favorite song in the world. I love One Direction. Lynn doesn't really like them. Whatever.
OH WAIT ANOTHER DISCLAIMER: All music rights go to the owners.
