Hey everyone! This is a really easy tutorial on how to make a scarf, like the one pictured above, using a t-shirt. I didn't want to make a whole other scarf just for this tutorial, because I already have two, so instead I just edited a picture of a plain t-shirt using Picnik. Scroll down and you'll understand. :)
Supplies Needed: A large or x-large t-shirt, and fabric scissors.

| Cut a straight horizontal line right under the armpits in your t-shirt, then cut off the bottom hem. You should have a tube of fabric. |

| Fold the tube in half, top to bottom. |

Cut about 4" to 5" long slits, about 3/4 inch apart, along the cut edge, not the folded edge.
Now, unfold the tube and you can either drape it around your neck like an infinity scarf, or you can cut a line through the top layer of fabric so you have one long piece of fabric, like a normal scarf (that's what I did). |
